At this year’s Salone del Mobile 2026, Eichholtz presents The Art of Colour, a new collection exploring the role of colour, texture and craftsmanship in luxury interior design.

A regular exhibitor at Salone for over 15 years, Eichholtz continues to evolve its design language with collections that blend classic references with a contemporary edge. This latest launch brings together over 250 new pieces, spanning furniture, lighting, rugs and accessories, all unified by a refined and expressive use of colour.

Colour as a Design Language

At the core of the collection is a focus on how colour shapes both space and emotion. From bold, saturated tones to more subtle, tonal expressions, each piece is designed to create atmosphere and depth within the home.

As Chief Creative Officer Edwin van der Gun explains, colour plays a central role in interior design, influencing not only how a space looks, but how it feels, enhancing light, creating flow and contributing to a sense of balance.

Craft, Collaboration and Texture

The collection is defined by a strong emphasis on materiality and global craftsmanship, with designs that feel layered, tactile and considered.

Highlights include:

  • A couture-inspired lighting collection with US designer Corey Damen Jenkins, marking Eichholtz’s first collaboration of its kind in lighting. Sculptural and expressive, the pieces explore the interplay between form, texture and light.

  • A textured rug collection developed with Maison Moghadam, combining heritage techniques with modern deconstruction and subtle colour variation to create pieces that anchor and define interior spaces.

Across both collaborations, there is a shared focus on creating designs that feel timeless yet distinctive, balancing tradition with innovation.

A Complete Interior Vision

From modern art prints and decorative glass to seating in warm, earthy tones, the breadth of the collection reflects Eichholtz’s ability to offer a complete interior vision. The mix of materials, finishes and design references allows for flexibility across both residential and hospitality settings.

The result is a collection that feels both cohesive and versatile, encouraging a more personal approach to interiors through colour, texture and layered design.

Redefining Contemporary Luxury Interiors

With The Art of Colour, Eichholtz reinforces its position within the global design landscape, continuing to shape contemporary luxury interiors through thoughtful design, collaboration and craftsmanship.

Showcased at Salone del Mobile, the collection highlights how colour can be used not just as decoration, but as a powerful design tool, bringing energy, depth and individuality to interior spaces.
